Where does The Skin Clique ship?

      • We currently ship to all 50 states. Our fulfillment center is in South Carolina.

When will my order ship?

        • Processing takes 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
        • Orders placed after 2pm EST are processed the following business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday, as well as Saturday and Sunday, will begin processing the following Monday.

How can I change my shipping address?

    • Please check your email for an invoice from The Skin Clique. If the invoice is not in your inbox please contact your provider or info@theskinclique.com

Do you offer free shipping?

    • We offer free shipping on orders placed at the time of treatment through your provider and on all orders over $200!

Do I need to keep track of my Perks?

      • Our Providers will track all of your treatment history and skincare orders for you + automatically apply credit towards your next treatment.

How do I refer a friend?

        • If your friend is in your area, please reach out to your provider with your friend’s contact information. If your friend is outside of your area, please email info@theskinclique.com with their contact information including City and State and we will connect them with the closest provider and add the Referral Credit to your account.



How can I learn which products are best for me?

      • You can learn more about products on individual product pages. We also recommend booking a virtual skincare consultation to revamp your skincare routine and unlock access to ongoing skincare support. Please click here to book your consultation.

What brands do you sell?

      • We sell our Daily Collection, iS Clinical and LashJob products directly from our website.
      • Via our Providers, you may purchase ZO Skin Health, SkinBetter, Neocutis, Alumier MD, Epionce, iS Clinical and The Skin Clique products.

Returns & Exchanges


How do I place a return or exchange?

      • We’re sorry you didn’t love your products! Please reach out to your provider, or info@theskinclique.com, with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return.

Uh oh! I received the wrong product!

      • We are so sorry about the mix up! Please reach out to your provider or info@theskinclique.com and we’ll get you the product you ordered ASAP!

    • We are currently offering treatments in 12 states and we are growing quickly! For more information on providers in your area, please click here.

I have questions regarding my skin treatment, where can I learn more?

    • We provide pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions for each treatment! If you have additional questions please reach out to your provider or info@theskinclique.com

What is the cost of treatments?

    • We offer Botox and Xeomin treatments for $11/unit to $13/unit depending on location and appointment type (Private or Group).
    • Our Chemical Peel treatments start at $350 and Dermaplane starts at $50.

What does the Concierge Fee go toward?

    • The Concierge Fee goes toward your visit with one of The Skin Clique’s Providers. During each visit, our provider travels to you, reviews your history, assesses your skin, discusses concerns and develops a personalized plan.

What if I do not purchase anything at my appointment?

    • The Concierge Fee will then go toward the provider’s time. We hope you find the consultation valuable and that we can help you find the perfect routine or treatment plan!

What if I don’t have a Provider in my area?

    • We are constantly growing, so stay tuned for new location announcements! In the meantime, we are available for virtual consults in all 50 states. Please click here to schedule a virtual skincare consultation.

What if I’m not comfortable with a Provider coming to my house?

    • Providers are able to partner with local businesses and boutiques to host events! Treatments at events are also eligible for special pricing. Ask your local Provider if they have any events coming up.

I want to host an event, now what?

    • Hosts can take advantage of special event pricing and if the event has 6 attendees the hostess receives $100 off their treatment. If the event has 10 attendees, the hostess receives $150 off their treatment! If you host 4 events in a year, your fourth treatment will be free. Contact your local Provider to organize an event!



How can I skip an order, or cancel my subscription?

      • Please log in to your account here. From this page you can select Manage Subscriptions to skip a quarter or cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I add on the Seasonal Upgrade?

  • Please log in to your account here. Select Manager Subscription and Add Product. You may see a “Subscribe and Save” option, but please note that all upgrade options are only available for one time purchase.

The Skin Clique does not sell or otherwise share your personal information with anyone else, such as advertising agencies or marketing companies. We only send marketing information to those customers who specifically sign up for our mailing list. Marketing information sent by The Skin Clique may be sent by us as part of a cross-promotion or other collaboration with other companies or brands, but we do not disclose personal information to such companies or brands.
The Skin Clique will share your personal information internally with those staff members who need it to complete your purchase or carry out your instructions regarding the receipt of marketing information. Authorized Skin Clique service providers may also have access to this information in order to carry out their responsibilities directly connected with the processing of your purchases or handling of customer service issues.
